The dates for summer 2018:

Session 1: Boys (12-15 year old boys): June 11 - July 1

Session 2: Boys (12-15 year old boys): July 3 - July 23

Session 3: Girls (12-15 year old girls): July 26 - August 12
Please be sure to complete all FIVE components of the application:

  1. Complete the online portion of the application by following the Camper Application link below. 
  2. A $100 deposit is due with the application (or you can pay the full tuition amount up front). The best option is to pay with credit card at the end of application process (via your Active network account). If you prefer, you may send a check addressed to Birch Creek Service Ranch to our PO Box 423, Spring City, UT 84662.
  3. Sign the Parent Questionnaire & Affidavit attached to application as supplemental form (via your Active network account). 
  4. Print and complete the Doctor's Affidavit supplemental form, or ask your doctor to email us directly with the requested information. 
  5. Please upload recent photo of your child and Insurance Card copy as supplemental form on application, or send hard copy to our PO Box.
